Returns & Exchanges

Agar aapko product damaged, defective ya incorrect receive ho, to aap return ya exchange request kar sakte hain.

Important:

Return request ke liye parcel kholte waqt clear unboxing video zaroor banayein.
Video me poora parcel, packing aur product clearly nazar aana chahiye.
Agar video available nahi hai, to hum return ya replacement process nahi kar sakte.

Damaged, defective, ya wrong product sirf hi return ya exchange ke liye eligible hai.
Product ko original packaging me hi return karein.
Personal use me gaye products (jaise opened lipstick ya foundation) return ke liye eligible nahi hote, unless damage ya defect ho.

Hamare team aapke return request ko verify karegi using the unboxing video.
Refund ya replacement approval hone ke baad:
- Refund: Payment wapas aapke original payment method par kiya jayega.
- Replacement: Naya product dispatch kiya jayega.

Note: Refund ya replacement process me 3–5 working days lag sakte hain verification aur courier process ke liye.
